What do you do with our personal information? TOP
We use your personal information only for fulfilling your order requests. Once the orders have been filled, your information is no longer available to us. We will use your email address to inform you of any sales or specials that we run for the month. However, if you inform us that you do not wish to be contacted, we will adhere to your request.

Do You Take Personal Checks? TOP

Why, of course we will take a personal check. But it may take up to 14 days to clear. Your order will not be processed until your check has cleared through our bank.

Do you accept special orders? TOP
Yes and no. Depending on what the special order is we may be able to fulfil your request. However, we suggest that you call first and speak with us about this and then we can tell you 'yes' if we can satisfy your request, or 'no', we can't.

How Long Does It Take For Personalizations? TOP

Depending on our work load, personalizations can take up to 14 days. We will try to get your order out ASAP, but it just depends on the workload. If you need an order immediately, please call us and let us know this and we will try to work within your time frame, however, an additional change will apply to RUSH orders.

Is your work environment smoke free and pet free? TOP

Yes, our work environment is smoke free and pet free. No one in our studio smokes and there are no pets around anywhere.

What is your return policy? TOP
Welp, we do accept returns on items that ARE NOT personalizations. We will however, accept a personalization return if there is a legitimate problem with our craftsmanship or the quality of our product. All returns must be ok'd with our management first. We want our customers to be happy with our work, and we ARE ABSOLUTELY going to do our best as we create your order, and we are going to be quite pleased with the finished result BEFORE we ship it out to you. On non-personalizations, again if there is a problem with the workmanship or quality of the product itself we will accept your return, BUT, it must be cleared with management first. REQUESTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.
