Remove husks and silks. Place each ear of corn on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil and drizzle with a little butter. Sprinkle 1 tbs of chopped roasted red pepper on each ear of corn. Roll foil lengthwise and twist ends. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
